🔄 General Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, expired, damaged, or spoiled.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
🥬 Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy)
- These items are only eligible for return if they arrive spoiled, rotten, or damaged.
- Photographic evidence must be shared with our support team within 12 hours of delivery.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the initial 24-hour period.
🧂 Non-Perishable Items (Spices, Sauces, Packaged Goods)
- These can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or expired
- Items must be sealed, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after item verification.
- Refunds may be issued as:
- Bank transfer
- Voucher/store credit (if preferred)
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Bulk orders and discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
